AML Policy
We implement all appropriate measures to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism (AML Policy). At the same time, we maintain a strong and principled position on preventing all forms of illegal activity and complying with applicable regulations. To fulfill these obligations, we may be required to notify the relevant official authorities if we suspect that the funds deposited by you are related to money laundering or terrorist financing. We may also be required to block such funds and take other actions stipulated under our AML Policy.
Money laundering refers to concealing or disguising the origin, source, location, disposition, movement, ownership, or rights to property obtained through illegal activity, or property obtained in exchange for such property. It includes converting, transferring, receiving, possessing, or using property obtained through criminal activity to conceal its illicit origin, or assisting others involved in criminal activity to avoid legal consequences.
To prevent criminal capital from entering the economy and to counteract crime, many countries actively fight money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with internal regulations and programs designed to assist national and international organizations in combating these activities worldwide.
By registering an account on our Website, you agree to the following obligations:
- You warrant that you will comply with all applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws and regulations, including but not limited to our AML Policy.
- You confirm that you have no knowledge or suspicion that the funds used to fund your account—past, present, or future—have been obtained from illegal sources or are related to money laundering or other unlawful activities under applicable law or international directives.
- You agree to provide us with any information we deem necessary to comply with anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
We collect and retain identification documents and records of all transactions in your account. We monitor suspicious transactions and transactions conducted under special conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction if we have reason to believe it is linked to money laundering or criminal activity. In accordance with international legislation, we are not obliged to notify you if your activity is reported to the relevant authorities.
Following our internal AML Policy, we may conduct initial and ongoing identity checks on users based on the level of potential risk.
You will be required to provide minimal data to verify your identity. We will record and retain identity documents, verification methods used, and the results of these checks.
We may also check your identity against lists of suspected terrorists maintained by authorized government and independent agencies. The minimum identifying information we require includes:
- Full name
- Residential or registration address
- Source of funds deposited into your GoForWin account
To verify this information, we may request at any time:
- Proof of identity (including, but not limited to, copies of a valid passport or identity card and/or any payment cards used)
- Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill (no older than three months)
- A copy of a recent credit/debit/bank statement for the payment method used (no older than six months)
This procedure is a statutory requirement and is conducted in accordance with applicable gaming regulations, anti-money laundering laws, and our internal AML/CTF policies.
