GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTION
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the use of games on the Go4Win iGaming Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Go4Win”, “We”), provided on the website www.go4win.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” or “Website”).
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Notice, Fairness Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Self-Restraint Policy, AML & KYC Policy, Dispute Resolution Policy, advertising campaign terms, rules on bonuses and special offers, and any other document posted on the Platform, constitute and govern the contractual relationship between the player (hereinafter referred to as the “Player” or “You”) and Go4Win.
Before accepting these Terms and Conditions, You are kindly requested to read them carefully. We also recommend that You print these Terms and Conditions for Your own records. If You do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions, please do not accept them and do not register a personal game account and/or continue to use the games provided on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform signifies Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all platforms and devices that make Go4Win games available to the Player.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available in the footer of the Website. Go4Win strongly recommends You periodically review the Terms and Conditions to ensure You are aware of and agree with all provisions.
The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice apply to You upon acceptance and confirmation during registration of your game account. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, You acknowledge that You have read and accepted both documents, including how Go4Win collects, processes, and shares Your personal information.
The text of these Terms and Conditions is in English, which has legal force. Any translation is provided for informational purposes only. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails.

TERMS & CONDITIONS AMENDMENT
Go4Win reserves the right to periodically amend, add, or modify these Terms and Conditions to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Go4Win will notify Players of any changes upon authorization on the Platform, and Players undertake to review and accept the amended Terms before continuing to use the Platform.
Any amendment, addition, or change to these Terms and Conditions takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Platform. Therefore, Players are strongly advised to regularly review the Terms and Conditions and all related information.
If the Player does not agree with the changes, they have the right to terminate their use of the Platform and close their account in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING COMPLIANCE
You may only use the Platform’s services if You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, You confirm that You meet these requirements.
Go4Win reserves the right to request documentation proving Your identity and age at any time. Go4Win may limit or suspend access to the Platform until satisfactory proof is provided.
In some jurisdictions, online gaming may be illegal. The Player understands and accepts that Go4Win cannot provide legal advice or guarantee the legality of its services in the Player’s jurisdiction. The Player is solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under local laws.
Go4Win does not provide services in jurisdictions where doing so would conflict with local laws. The Player confirms that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Go4Win is not liable for any unauthorized or illegal use of the Platform.
Prohibited Jurisdictions
Registration or monetary transactions are prohibited for Players located in or residents of:
Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Netherlands and its territories, Spain, Union of Comoros, United Kingdom, USA and its territories, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, and any jurisdictions prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority or listed as FATF Blacklisted countries.
Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions (including through VPNs, proxies, or false location information) constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Access may also be restricted for citizens whose identification documents are issued by unrecognized territories such as the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, Republic of Abkhazia, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and Republic of South Ossetia.
Game providers may maintain their own lists of restricted jurisdictions, and Players must comply with those as well.
Go4Win reserves the right to amend the list of prohibited jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.
Use of VPN or IP Disguise
The use of VPNs, proxies, or any IP-masking services to access the Platform is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of these Terms.
Player Responsibility and Anti-Fraud Measures
The Player confirms that deposited funds have lawful origins and that they are the rightful owner of those funds. Suspicious transactions are monitored and reported to relevant authorities in compliance with AML regulations.
Go4Win reserves the right to cancel registration, block accounts, withhold funds, or suspend payments/winnings if fraudulent activity, platform misuse, or exploitation of technical errors is suspected.
Go4Win is not liable for losses resulting from collusion, fraud, or illegal transactions by the Player.
The Player acknowledges that the use of the Platform is voluntary and at their own risk, and agrees not to hold Go4Win liable for any losses, damages, or failures arising from use of the Platform.
Technical and Security Responsibilities
Go4Win is not responsible for losses or damages caused by malware, viruses, cyberattacks, or technological failures while using or downloading materials from the Platform.
The Player is responsible for ensuring that their actions do not damage the reputation or integrity of Go4Win. Abusive language, harassment, threats, or other inappropriate behavior toward other players or staff is strictly forbidden.
The Player must not attempt to overload, hack, interfere with, or bypass the Platform’s systems or security. Go4Win may investigate, block accounts, and report such activities to competent authorities.
Audit and Compliance
Go4Win may conduct checks or audits of Player activity. If fraudulent or exploitative behavior is discovered, Go4Win may restrict, suspend, or permanently block the account and determine payout decisions unilaterally.
Go4Win is not a financial institution; therefore, no interest will accrue on Player deposits.
Where Go4Win exercises its right to reject registration or close an account, any existing contractual obligations will still be honored.
TAXES AND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
The Player is solely responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes and fees related to winnings obtained from using the Platform’s services.

REGISTRATION ON PLATFORM
To gain access to the games, a potential Player must complete the registration procedure on the Website. Registration can be completed through Telegram or other available means (including registration via e-mail, mobile phone, or other supported methods).
The Player must register in their own name by providing their first and last name, e-mail address, and/or Telegram username or phone number, along with other necessary personal data (as defined in our Privacy Notice) and a password that will be used to log into the Platform.
Before completing registration, the Player is required to confirm their age and consent to these Terms. All personal data collected during registration or while using the Platform will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Go4Win will process Your Personal Data (as defined in our Privacy Notice) from the moment You register on the Platform. Due to legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., licensing and Anti-Money Laundering regulations), Your Personal Data will be stored by Go4Win for as long as required by applicable law (for example, a minimum of 5 years after Your account closure).
Go4Win may share Your Personal Data with external third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform. These third parties may use Your data only for the same purposes defined by Go4Win, in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and using the Platform, You consent to Go4Win sharing and transferring necessary personal data to such external third parties.
Only one (1) game account is permitted per Player, per Telegram username, IP address, mailing address, computer, or device.
During registration, the Player must provide accurate and truthful information. Go4Win reserves the right to request verification at any time by asking for identity documents (such as a photo or copy of an ID or payment card). Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or blocking.
Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Re-registration may only occur with Go4Win’s consent in cases such as lost account access. Go4Win may block or close duplicate accounts at its discretion, and only one active account will remain after any consolidation.
Funds or bonuses in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and refunds of initial deposits may be denied if the duplicate was created with fraudulent intent.
Registration of accounts for legal entities is strictly prohibited.
IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION OF THE PLAYER
By agreeing to these Terms, the Player authorizes Go4Win to periodically verify their identity and contact information (“Verification”) either at Go4Win’s discretion or at the request of a third party (e.g., regulatory authority).
During Verification, Go4Win may temporarily limit the withdrawal of funds.
If the Player provides false, misleading, or incomplete information not supported by documentation, such actions are considered a violation of these Terms and may be treated as fraudulent activity.
NAME, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
After account registration, the Player must not disclose their login credentials to any third party. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all actions performed on their account.
If unauthorized access occurs, the Player must immediately notify Go4Win at 📧 support@go4win.com or 📧 support@goforwin.com. Go4Win is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized account access or password misuse.
In cases of significant winnings, Go4Win may, with respect to privacy laws, display anonymized or non-identifiable Player data on the Platform or invite the Player to participate in promotional events. Identifiable personal data will always remain protected according to our Privacy Notice.
DEPOSITS, ACCOUNT FUNDS, AND WITHDRAWALS
To play for real money, You must deposit funds according to the instructions on the Platform.
The Platform accepts cryptocurrencies and other payment methods listed on the Website. Deposits via credit or debit cards are processed by third-party payment processors, and Go4Win does not collect or store card data.
Deposits must be made from crypto wallets or bank accounts that are solely owned and controlled by You. Violations may result in winnings being voided and accounts blocked. Go4Win monitors wallet activity, and any matching wallets across different accounts will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
Physical cash payments are not accepted. Go4Win may use third-party financial institutions for payment processing.
Players must not reverse or cancel transactions. In cases of chargebacks or fraudulent payments, Go4Win reserves the right to recover related financial losses and report the incident to relevant authorities.
All deposits are made in favor of Go4Win. Withdrawals are made only to the Player’s verified account or wallet. Cryptocurrency mismatches between deposit and withdrawal wallets may cause declined transactions.
Go4Win may apply transaction commissions, displayed clearly before payment. Currency conversions or blockchain network fees may also apply depending on the payment system used.
KYC verification may be required for deposits or withdrawals starting from $2,000, or at Go4Win’s discretion.
Withdrawal limits depend on the Player’s account status and currency. The Platform may adjust daily, weekly, or monthly limits based on activity, verification status, and compliance considerations.
Withdrawals above $20,000 require a 48-hour review; smaller withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. However, additional verification or inspections (up to 14 days) may be conducted to ensure fairness and compliance.
Withdrawal requests may be canceled within six (6) hours of submission, provided they have not yet been processed.
Minimum deposit: $0.10
Maximum deposit: unlimited (depending on the payment system).
Processing times vary by payment method. Go4Win does not guarantee the absence of delays.
If Go4Win determines that a Player has abused bonuses, promotions, or engaged in irregular betting patterns (such as hedge bets or low-margin bets), winnings may be forfeited and the account closed.
Withdrawals over $50 USD equivalent incur no fees, unless stated otherwise at the time of the transaction.
To withdraw funds, the Player must wager the deposited amount at least once in casino or sports sections (subject to defined wagering conditions).
ACCOUNT BLOCKING AND CLOSURE
Account Blocking refers to the temporary restriction of access to a Player’s account, either at the Player’s request or by Go4Win’s decision. Go4Win may block any account at its sole discretion without explanation.
Account Closure (Erasure) refers to permanent deletion of a Player’s account after any blocking period ends.
Players may request account blocking by emailing security@go4win.com or via Telegram chat @go4win_support.
If account blocking is associated with a request to delete personal data, Go4Win will retain the Player’s data for:
- 10 years from the date of the last financial transaction; or
- 1 month if no transactions occurred.
After closure, remaining funds are not refunded unless Go4Win decides otherwise. Bonuses or promotional rewards are voided.
Players may appeal a blocking or closure decision within 14 calendar days by contacting Go4Win support.
Go4Win may immediately block an account if:
- Go4Win discontinues services;
- The account is linked to another blocked or fraudulent account;
- The Player attempts to hack or manipulate the system;
- The account is used for illegal purposes;
- The Player publishes defamatory or offensive information about Go4Win;
- The Player violates these Terms;
- A request for data erasure is received.
Accounts inactive for more than 180 days with remaining funds will be deemed inactive.
RESPONSIBLE GAMING
Go4Win acknowledges that gaming can be addictive and offers various tools to help Players manage gambling behavior.
All games are intended solely for entertainment. Gaming should never be seen as a source of income or a solution for financial issues.
Go4Win encourages Players to monitor time and money spent, and to review the Responsible Gaming Policy and Self-Restraint Policy available on the Platform.
CHANGES ON THE PLATFORM
Go4Win may, at its sole discretion, modify, update, or supplement any part of the Platform or its services at any time to ensure system stability and user experience.
ERRORS OR DEFICIENCIES
If a bet or transaction is accepted due to an error (technical or human), Go4Win reserves the right to cancel or correct it.
If You received funds in error, those funds will be treated as held temporarily in safekeeping, and You must return them upon Go4Win’s request.
Go4Win and its partners are not liable for damages resulting from errors in game operation or Player input. Players must promptly report any suspected errors related to bets, games, or account balances to Go4Win.
Go4Win may modify, suspend, or terminate any game or event at its discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By using the Platform, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old, possess full legal capacity, and understand that gaming involves financial risk. Participation is voluntary and at Your own discretion.
Go4Win operates in compliance with these Terms and the Privacy Notice and is not responsible for the content or actions of external websites accessible via links on the Platform.
RIGHTS TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OBJECTS
The content of the Platform is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Go4Win or used under license by third-party copyright holders.
All downloadable or printed materials contained on the Platform are protected by law and may be downloaded to a single personal computer or printed solely for personal and non-commercial use.
Use of the Platform does not grant the Player any rights to Go4Win’s or any third party’s intellectual property (including copyrights, know-how, or trademarks).
The Player must not copy the Platform, its symbols, logos, or any components, either in whole or in part, without prior written approval from Go4Win.
Any reproduction or other use of Go4Win’s trade name, trademarks, logos, or creative materials is prohibited.
The Player is responsible for any damage resulting from violations of Go4Win’s intellectual-property rights.
If the Player becomes aware of any infringement by third parties, the Player must promptly notify Go4Win and assist in any related proceedings.
PLAYER’S PERSONAL DATA
Go4Win values the integrity and confidentiality of each Player’s personal data.
We collect, process, and share only the information necessary to provide our services, in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection laws.
By accepting the Privacy Notice and providing personal information, the Player agrees to the processing of that data for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice and to comply with any legal or regulatory obligations of both the Player and Go4Win.
All Platform activity may be recorded.
Go4Win may retain copies of correspondence received from the Player (including but not limited to e-mails, SMS messages, and telephone or other calls).
These records remain the property of Go4Win and may be used as evidence in the event of disputes between Go4Win and the Player.
MARKETING AND ANALYTICS
To improve the Platform, its content, and user experience, Go4Win uses web beacons, pixels, tracking scripts, and cookies.
These technologies record your visits and activity, including the pages you view, when you last visited, your authorization time, and your interaction with games and promotional materials.
Some technologies are provided by trusted third parties who must also comply with our Privacy Notice and their own privacy obligations.
Go4Win may use your contact details to send promotional and informational materials, including by e-mail, SMS, or phone, and to display advertising banners or notifications on the Platform or across partner networks (remarketing).

Deleting or blocking cookies may prevent access to certain sections or features of the Platform.
CLAIMS AND NOTIFICATIONS

We aim to respond within 10 business days, with possible extension by another 10 days in special cases.

ASSIGNMENT
Go4Win retains the right to assign or otherwise transfer, in whole or in part, its rights and obligations under these Terms to any person or organization without requiring the Player’s consent, provided that such transfer does not negatively affect the Player.
The Player may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without Go4Win’s prior written approval.
FORCE MAJEURE (CIRCUMSTANCES OF INSUPERABLE FORCE)
Go4Win is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, interruptions in communication networks or services, industrial disruptions, or DDOS or similar Internet attacks.
During such events, Go4Win’s obligations are suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure.
Go4Win will use all reasonable efforts to resolve such circumstances and resume normal operation.
WAIVER
Failure by Go4Win to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its rights or relieve the Player of obligations under these Terms.
Any waiver is valid only if made in writing and communicated to the Player.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, modified as necessary to comply with applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Anjouan.
Go4Win is not responsible for compliance with the laws of any other country.
REFERENCES AND EXTERNAL LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Go4Win.
Go4Win is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of those sites.
Links are provided for informational purposes only, and Players use them at their own risk.
